How I Get You Results

My practice is causal coaching, which is anti-bandaids and short- term fixes. You can try and change how you feel. You can try and change what you do or don’t do and break bad habits. You can try and change other people. But those things are not long-lasting and they won’t get you what you want. Beneath the surface of your emotions, actions and outside circumstances is your mind. Everything starts in your brain first, it’s the root cause of everything in your life, it’s how you get the freedom you desire.    

The quality of the interconnected relationship you have with yourself – your thoughts, emotions and behaviors, will be the quality of the results in your life. My knowledge and experience is a unique blend that optimizes what you think, feel and do so you can get your desired outcomes. 

I utilize my background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mind management, mindfulness and meditation, and studying the human brain to help people find freedom from their past, create the results they want for their future and live on purpose, with purpose, in the present.

Everything starts with the mind, but you can’t optimize it if you don’t know how it works. I give my clients the tools and critical foundational understanding to manage their brain.

Human Behavior Quantitative Researcher

I love understanding why we do what we do. I’m a researcher of behavior, cognition and emotion and conduct quantitative research to gain insights into pivotal life areas. I use my findings to develop frameworks and concepts to better understand the world and ourselves. 

Certified Meditation Teacher & MINDFULNESS EXPERT

I was resistant to try meditation, a complete skeptic, but once I was coerced into giving it a chance it changed my life. The benefits are endless, meditation and mindfulness helps you show up as the best version of yourself. I help my clients use one of the most powerful tools we have to combat stress, cultivate awareness and live a more mindful fulfilled life.

Like far too many people I know, I spent a great deal of time and money on therapy and most of the time I came up empty handed. I spent time talking about my past, which was helpful at times but I had no real solutions, lasting change, tools or foundation for my future. My practice is the exact opposite. It’s all about strategic action. Identifying where you are now and what you want in the future and the strategic plan to get you there.

My ultimate goal is to empower you to become your own coach.
